Where we work
What areas around Arlington do you serve?
The short answer
We are based in Arlington and serve Dallas–Fort Worth, including Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, Dallas and nearby communities. Send your job location and a brief description. We confirm coverage based on the location and scope of work.
Towns we are in most weeks
Arlington is home, so Arlington, Kennedale, Pantego and Dalworthington Gardens are an ordinary week. Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, Forest Hill, Crowley, Burleson and Benbrook are the next ring out — close enough that a crew gets there, works a full day and comes back without the drive eating the job.
North and east we work Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Grapevine and Irving regularly, south into Cedar Hill, and across into Dallas. Those are places we actually work, not a list copied off a map.
If your address is in the Metroplex and your town is not on that list, ask anyway. The list is where we already are most weeks. It is not a fence.
Distance matters less than the size of the job
One small item a long way out is inefficient for both sides. Driving across the Metroplex and back to reset a single gate hinge means most of what you pay covers the truck instead of the work, and we would rather say that on the phone than write it into an estimate.
A bigger job travels fine. A driveway tear-out and repour, a run of fence, a carport, a set of lines to jacket — the crew is on site long enough that the drive stops mattering. A batched punch list works the same way: five small things at one property in one visit is worth the trip when any one of them alone is not.
So call and tell us where you are and what you need rather than assuming we will not come. Start with the planner if ticking boxes is easier than describing it, and we will tell you straight whether it makes sense from Arlington.
Insulation reaches further than flatwork
Industrial insulation travels further than concrete or steel, because the crew is on site for days instead of hours. A plant in Irving or a shutdown out past Grapevine is normal work — the mobilisation is a small share of a job measured in linear feet of pipe and removable blankets.
Concrete is the opposite. It is a truck, a weather window and a crew that has to be standing on the pour when it lands, so a small slab far out competes for the same day against a bigger slab close in.
Steel sits in the middle. Fabrication happens in the Arlington shop either way. What distance changes is the install day, and how many trips it takes to hang, plumb and adjust.
Permits and inspections change at the city line
Every city in the Metroplex writes its own rules. What needs a permit, what needs an inspection before you pour or set posts, how tall a fence can stand on a corner lot, whether a gate across a driveway needs anything at all — Arlington, Mansfield and Fort Worth do not answer those the same way, and an HOA can add a layer on top of the city.
We tell you what your specific job needs in your specific city during the free walk-through, before there is an estimate to argue about. That includes the times we think no permit is required, so nothing gets pulled that did not need pulling.
It is one of the better reasons to have somebody local look at the work in person. A price quoted over the phone by someone who has never worked in your city is a price that changes later.
